A dress designed and made by Emily for Rosi to wear at her son’s wedding in Palm Beach, Florida.   Cobalt blue shot silk dress with internal fuschia shot silk contrast. Alternate cobalt and fuschia covered button embellishment on the sleeves, sides and back.
